4.0 Very Good

Surrounded by a lush landscape, this lakeside hotel and resort leaves you in no doubt about the luxury you will enjoy whilst you are here. From entering the 200 sq ft lobby atrium, which is also lushly planted, to your rooms and the facilities, the whole experience is one of unadulterated extravagance.

Staying at the Hyatt Regency Grand Cypress Resort is almost a holiday in itself with its fabulous setting and recreational and sporting activities. The whole family can compete in friendly tournaments on the fabulous tennis courts and the immaculate Grand Cypress Golf Course or the 4 Jack Nicklaus courses on site. That’s more golf than you can shake a club at. A 24’ outdoor rock climbing wall challenges your head for heights and bicycles enable you to explore the beautifully landscaped resort grounds. Fun family bikes for 4 are available too.

You can take to the water in pedal boats, canoes and sail boats on the resort’s private Lake Windsong complete with sandy shoreline. When it’s time to cool off and take it easy, the excellent lagoon-style pool with its cascading waterfall and fun water slides is there for refreshing swims. You can follow this with some chill time soaking up the sun on the loungers with umbrellas around its edge.

For your holiday workouts you can visit the 24 hour StayFit™ fitness centre to use the high tech equipment and stay in trim. Of course you can also take the Audubon Walk on the elevated boardwalk through the surrounding natural environment for enjoyment as well as exercise.
