Dockside Inn is one half of the Endless Summer duo — an affordable, beachy-themed hotel with larger-than-average family suites. It’s great for bigger groups who want space to stretch out without blowing the budget. The atmosphere’s easygoing, cheerful, and practical.

Poolside

Two large pools with plenty of seating and a splash area for kids. It’s not over-themed, but it’s fun and well laid out, with lifeguards and poolside drinks on hand.

Food & Drink

Pier 8 Market is the go-to for breakfast, lunch, and dinner — with a decent range of options and surprisingly low prices for a theme park hotel. There’s also a lobby bar and a Starbucks onsite.

Entertainment

Movie nights, pool games, and an arcade keep things ticking along. It’s not packed with activities, but there’s enough going on to keep kids busy when you’re not at the parks.

Sports & Activities

Basic gym setup, and regular free shuttles to the Universal parks. Great value if your priority is getting to the parks and back without fuss.
